Share Our Happy!!

Opening in May of 2011, Cody’s on 4th has been a staple of the Mount Dora community with a menu full of homemade goodness we love. Fresh food, made from scratch, simple farmhouse feel, and friendly staff is what makes Cody’s on 4th one of the best places to eat in Mount Dora.

Inside Cody's on 4th in Mount Dora

For many years, I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Cody, and attending business networking breakfasts at Cody’s on 4th. Which means I have tasted many items from the breakfast menu, like the breakfast sandwiches, different casseroles, and quiches, including her famous french toast casserole.

Where is Mount Dora Florida Located?

Mount Dora is about 45 minutes northwest of Orlando. Nestled on the eastern side of Lake Dora, this allows for some of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen.

Broccoli cheddar quiche cody's on 4th

Yes, Cody’s on 4th is open for breakfast every day of the week. When I come in for breakfast, my absolute favorite is the Broccoli Cheddar Quiche. Oops, I mean crustless quiche. The crust is actually a layer of cheddar cheese, which makes it low carb, gluten free, and keto friendly.

In addition to several quiches daily, another well known favorite is her French Toast Casserole. You can also build your own breakfast sandwich.

Mimosas at Cody's on 4th

You can also order yourself a mimosa. As the seasons change, Cody will have special flavors of mimosas too.

What is on the Menu for Lunch at Cody’s?

During lunch you can find a variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches on the menu. Cody makes her soups and salad dressings from scratch, and they are delicious!! My favorite, is her chicken salad!!

It doesn’t end with just breakfast and lunch on the menu either. Cody’s drink selection ranges from coffee, lattes, teas (hot & cold), frozen drinks, and even beer, wine, and mimosas.

In addition, if you still have room, her scratch made dessert menu is top notch! I love her scones, even though she says her carrot cake is the most popular!

With outdoor seating available, Cody’s is pet friendly. They even usually have a water dish outside for your furry friends.

What else does Cody’s on 4th offer?

Entertaining? Meeting? Event? Cody’s on 4th also provides catering for any occasion. Even though she only has a beer & wine license for the restaurant, she also has a liquor license for the catering. Cody really can do it all!

There is not a specific gluten free menu, but many of their salads, soups, and quiches are gluten free. They do not carry gluten free bread, therefore none of the sandwiches are available as gluten free.
