Best At Home Workout For All Fitness Levels
This year has been a turning point for me in many ways. In February I celebrated turning the big 5-0! Although I’ve been making my health a priority when it comes to eating and supplementing for about 13 years, I’ve been a slacker in the fitness area. But, I’m committed to making fitness goals, and was invited to take a class with Silver&Fit, a virtual fitness program. I believe I’ve found myself the best at home workout for all fitness levels.
This is a sponsored post, but opinions are solely my own. I was asked to participate in a class, and give my honest feedback.
What does Silver&Fit offer?

Silver&Fit is a top exercise program for aging adults, with the goal of helping people live a more healthy life by staying active. Classes are streamed live on both their Facebook page and YouTube channel. Offering 54 live classes each week, including cardio, dance, yoga, tai chi, and multiple combinations, and the option to choose from three different levels. I love that I could start with a class most comfortable for me.
Choosing the best at home workout
After browsing through the class choices, I decided on a recorded intermediate cardio class with Heather on their YouTube channel. Heather was upbeat and encouraging. Currently keeping active with walking, the intermediate was a perfect start. It got my heart rate up, the blood pumping, and I felt it worked out my entire body.

What are the perks of Silver&Fit classes?
- Classes are FREE
- You have to option to either participate live, or via recordings
- Workout in the comfort and safety of your own home
- Flexibility to work out on your own schedule
- Be inspired and challenged by instructors
- Choose from three different levels of instruction
- Stay active even while you travel

How can I get started with Silver&Fit?
Follow Silver&Fit on Facebook, and be sure to set up your notifications. Not only will you find live and recorded video classes, but they offer helpful resources like health tips, recipes, challenges, and more. An active community to keep you motivated.

Also, you have the option of subscribing to the Silver&Fit YouTube channel. I love this option because you can review the classes for each day, and choose to get notified when the class goes live. Plus, access to many previous classes. If you have a smart TV, use the YouTube app to watch classes on your TV. I prefer this for the bigger screen.
Final Thoughts
With family health history, I understand the importance of keeping myself active, and working on strengthening my body. I’m looking forward to mixing up classes to take some balance, strengthening, and yoga classes too. Who else will be joining me?
I can totally relate on the slacker part when it comes to working out! I’ve never been one to go to a gym! I love that Silver & Fit offers workouts that you can do from home or on vacation! Thanks for sharing! I’m off to go workout!
A yoga class sounds good! I have a home gym that has a decent variety of things for my workouts. This has been especially good during COVID when all our gyms have been closed. The Silver & Fit workouts have that convenience aspect that you can take them wherever you go. Thats pretty awesome!
These sound like awesome well thought out at home workout classes. I am so bad at self-motivation and after my covid-20 pound gain, I had to go back to group workout classes. Good for you for doing at home workout.
This looks like a great option for fun fitness classes at home. Way to go!
Silver&Fit does sound like it’s the best workout from home. Love that it’s free and offers a variety of workouts and at different fitness levels.
