Virtual Holidays at Disney: Celebrate Everywhere

Share Our Happy!!

Without a doubt, it’s been a different holiday season for this Disney family. Because of all the craziness through spring and summer, we decided it was best for us to let go our Disney annual passes. Therefore, we are missing all the holiday fun at Disney. As I’m sure many others are as well. In order to spread some happy, I decided to share the virtual holidays at Disney.

Mickey & Minnie Holiday Float
Mickey & Minne on their Holiday Parade Float

Enjoy a Virtual trip to Disney for the Holiday Season, because who couldn’t use a little extra magic right now? From Epcot, you can learn about traditions of Italy, England, Norway, and France told by storytellers. Listen as the Voices of Liberty sing traditional Holiday Carols. Magic Kingdom brings all the fun during a Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, as well as the Once Upon A Christmastime Parade. Watch as Tower of Terror is transformed into fun winter wonderland. And finally, some pictures of the newest holiday decorations at Animal Kingdom.

Virtual Holidays at Disney’s Magic Kingdom

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

In 2019 we attended Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party for the first time, but what we thought would become an annual tradition has been put on hold. Thankfully, we are able to share to magic of this special event with you.

More than just Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, you get a look at lots of the holiday decorations, and ride transformations. Including Space Mountain, which was awesome by the way. Have you ever been on Space Mountain during the holidays?

Once Upon A Christmastime Parade

Once Upon A Christmastime Parade is so much more magical at night. Before seeing the parade at the Christmas Party, we had only seen it during the day.

Virtual Ride Through Magic Kingdom’s Jungle Cruise Turned “Jingle”

Lastly at Magic Kingdom, the Jungle Cruise turns to Jingle Cruise. Complete with holiday decorations and new silly jokes to go along from the skippers. This has been a favorite of ours over the years.

Virtual Holidays at Disney’s Epcot

Learn About Holiday Celebrations Around the World. Virtual Holidays at Disney Presents Epcot Storytellers

Epcot is our favorite park to visit at Disney during the holidays, especially when the kids were younger. It’s such a great way to teach children of all ages about different holiday traditions around the world. One way is through storytelling, and you can read more about it in our Top 3 Things to do at Epcot During the Holidays

Voices of Liberty

Another way to celebrate the season is gathering around inside America pavilion for a listen to Voices of Liberty. One year our little Jojo even got picked to sing with them. You get all the feeling of being in a New England town because the singers are dressed in Colonial clothing.

Candlelight Processional

Lastly at Epcot, the Candlelight Processional. The true meaning of Christmas comes alive with choirs singing carols & hymns, and a host reading biblical passages. Just thinking about watching this live gives me chills. It’s so moving.

Hollywood Studios Tower of Terror Holidays

I may not have much from Hollywood Studios, but one of the newest additions is the transformation to Tower of Terror. With holiday projections, and short little skits, it’s cute.

Decorations at Animal Kingdom

We haven’t spent much time at Animal Kingdom during the holidays, but we were happy to get there last year to see all the new decorations they added. The colors are stunning, and it’s a beautiful addition to the park for the holidays.

What are your favorite parts about the holidays at Disney? I hope our virtual holidays at Disney brings you magic during a season of so much uncertainty.
